hi friends i want to improve english language skills and what are best colleges for doing eamtech
i am pursuing my B-TECH, upto this my percentage is 70% and i didnt write gate exam , in 2014 i am going to write exam.

Why don't you try some communication workshop followed by some global certification like Business English course from University of Cambridge. We are partner with British Council for BEC registration centre.
