Jobs are fr your creative use of software, not about software itself. So if you are good in application of software, then jobs are there. However, too many people do not learn beyond modelling, thus creating a huge supply of modellers as compared to animators.

Yessss. Learn one of the Compositing software (in detail) with it, like Adobe AfterEffects or Fusion. You will easily get freelancing projects while learning these modules and then you can apply for job :)
