hi frnds I'm going Mba in HR stream , but I have 3 years of gap after my degree, bcause of my back logs, give suggestions , after my PG s'd I face any probloms .

what ever happen leave it for time being
pl put more effort in current course . there should be no backlogs and gaps
get good percentage . this will be helpful to achieve your required job
