I am working in Logistics field and my qualification is 10 + 2 from Commerce and having more than 10 years experience in this field.

You may complete your graduation before you proceed to do your MBA . Since you are +2 and I believe, do not want to leave your job, you may start doing B com or BBA or any degree (except fine arts) part time or distance mode from approved Universities. As a continuation to that you may opt for MBA
