Mycoplasma pneumoniae-associated mucositis (MPAM) is an extra-pulmonary manifestation of M. pneumoniae infection and may present as isolated mucosal lesions (e. g. , ocular, oral, and urogenital) or as a combination of mucosal and minimal cutaneous lesions.
