10+2 - 50%, Graduation 50%, Wrk Exp(office admn 2.2 yrs, callcenter Inbound 3.10yrs IT-helpdesk 5.6 yrs. No Managerial Experience till now. I am not technically sound. But worked as good customer service agent. Help Desk career was career mismatch. Kindly suggest suitable exe program. Thanks
