There isn't any difference in course curriculum between MBA and PGDM. However PGDM is a diploma course whereas MBA is masters. PGPM degrees are vague in terms of whether its a diploma or a masters course. That's the reason why it might be accepted in certain places.

No. SVKMs NMIMS does not facilitate an offline application process for NPAT exam. Candidates have to apply for the NPAT exam online on the official website.
