Hi i am 28 year old . interested in acting . can i start acting acting as my career with some good acting school. is it the right age ?

There is no good age of Acting. You can join any good institute and do theaters . Try for movies parallelly, Anup Kair, Boman Irani are a good example for the same.

Yes If you interested you go. If you interested in Profession with acting i think you proper learn with some institute.
