hi, i am a B.com(hons) graduate (07-10)and i wish to appear for ias exams . Am i eligible to give may 11 attempt ,and can you please guide me as how to prepare for the same and which institute is better for providing guidance and proper knowledge ? and what is the new examination pattern ?? Thanks !

hi i m prakash first of all i want to say that qualification required for u.p.s.c. is graduation.it's exam becomes in two part first is p.t. and another is mains exam.u should join a good coaching that is in DELHI.
