Hi, I am a B.S (Engineering Technology) graduate from Distance Learning Programmes Division, Bits, pilani passed in 2001.Now the problem is arising in my department regarding recognition of degree and refusing my degree on sole reason that Bits, pilani does not have AICTE- DEC-UGC joint approval.
