Hi I am a B.Tech mechatronics 2011 pass out with 8.8 cgpa n working in TCS. IELTS - 8.0. can i get into MS automotive engg in RWTH aachen?

Will this experience and the above qualification help me get into that course? how is the course and Placement opportunities? wat is the approx. expenditure that i will have to face if i take up the course (including accomodation, food, etc). any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.
