Telecalling experience fetches relevancy in marketing and sales. So options like financial, HR, Operations would not suit ur skilkset. go after top 40 premium bschools in India.

See telecalling experience comes under sales function. Since it is not in your interest, You can use your good communication skills developed into Human Resources effectively. Mba in HR frm TISS is one of the best institution.
