there are number of Distance Univ, where i think you can enroll to.. but it think SMU and IGNOU are best ones.. http://www.managementparadise.com/forums/tags/mba.html

MBA in HR is a good option for you and SMU is also a good university for distance learning, you should do what you want I mean go for MBA in HR.
