you have to make your own PHD Research proposal and then send to any professor of foriegn university

Phd in Canada is for 3 yrs and you have to apply in directly to the university for the admission. Also you must have minimum 6-7 yrs of work experience and even then the chances are very remote of getting the admission. Also it is very costly.
