Dear Janaki, You are B.E./ B.Tech. Graduate. So, if you are interested to master the subject and want career in the same line, then pursue M.E./ M.Tech. in the relevant subject. They have better career options in the same field. If want to pursue managerial positions, then pursue an MBA.
