Hi, i am an engineer from EC background(VTU) | am confused if i have to choose MBA in operations or IT. any suggestions

Am pretty good at programming and can do well for earning a living wid it. But growth seems to be slow and competitions are high. i want to go with something related to the 4 year struggle in BE and one dat offers pretty good pay.:)
