Graduation : B.E in E&CE with 55% marks from VTU university Belgaum karnatak
12th : 62%
10th : 82%
Work Experience: 3 Years as a software Engineer,Now i want to persue MS(Computer Science or else Embedded Systems) in Germany,planning to take entrance exams, please tell me whether i am eligible

You are eligible but for better chance to get an admission; you should have good score in IELTS or TOEFL & GRE.
