Hi I am BBA student and I want to persui MBA in operations management. Is it good decision to take operations management specialisation.

It includes: - inventory management -vendor management -purchase management -enterprise resource planning (ERP) - Overall supply chain management An MBA in Operations Management helps students to understand effectively managing the processes behind the successful production and distribution of a product in an organisation. The cutthroat scenario in business nowadays has put an increased emphasise on effective planning and management, which can enable an organisation to be at par with its competitors and increase its overall profitability and sustainability. This course talks about the entire process of the supply chain, starting from product creation and development to production and distribution to sales outlets.
