Hi I am currently pursuing my PGDBA in HR. I intend to my M.Sc in Applied Psychology through Distance Learning. Is this a right move?

It is better if you pursue full time course. Definitely it is a good choice if you want to make career as a psychometric assessor, handling leadership development role. Even if you want to choose a distance learning M.Sc, opt a programme where they have mandatory practicals.
