Hi, I am doing aeronautical engineering, final year. (aeronautical society of India)...I had a backlog in second year.This was my third attempt to clear the backlog exam ( second year backlog). Please advise me, if am still eligible to sit for next attempt if i am unuable to clear this time. thanks
