Hi Lakshana, First work experience is not necessary to join MBA but for PGDM it is mandatory. For PGDM work experience candidates will be given more preference.

MBA course does not require work experience. You can join as a fresher after completing your under-graduation. Only PGDM course has work experience (2 years) as one of the eligibility criteria.
