hi,i am doing diploma in comp. sci. from bangalore,i want to get admissions in b.tech after diploma in delhi,which college is best in delhi?

i am copmleting diploma from bangalore and i want to do b.tech after it, i dont want to take admissions in bangalore, i have to take admissions in delhi , so can you plz tell me which college is best for btech after diploma in delhi??
