Dear Friend,
You can choose Avionic Specialisation of Aerospace Engineering, Which will be too closed to your present Electr & Commu branch.Avionics in the branch of Aeospace science which inludes study related to all the electronics systems from navigation to communication used in space technology . That is Aviation Electronics =Avionics.
Best Universities in US for Space Engineering are as follows.
1) Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.BS-MS-PHd programs in Aero, All Specialisation available.
2) Stanford University3) Purdue University4) University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC)
