hi.. i am expecting result for 3 of my back subjects of 1st and 3rd semester (B. Sc Biotechnology)and i want to attempt for IAS preliminary exam this year. Can i apply for the Exam? my final year score is 77%?

Yes, you can apply
There is no percentage restriction for Civil Services Aptitude Test (The name of exam to be IAS, IPS, IFS and other grade A officer)
