hi, i am going to take admission for Part time MBA/PG in operations from Welingker mumbai. I am a science graduate and currently working in a back office. Is my decision is right or wrong?

Yes, it is a good decision but choose your specialization subject correctly on the basis of your work experience or on the basis of the stream in which you want to make your further career.
