Hi, I am Graduate(B.A), have Diploma in Computr. I have 3 yrs experience in ites, which subject will be perfect to do specialization in MBA?

I want to do mba as I want to promote myself to a management position of a company. So please suggest me which subject will be appropriate for me to do MBA as I have 3 years above experience in ites sector, have good technical skills also though m a graduate from arts background
