Schooling is not up to the mark. Now my package is also as much as people having exp. In 13 yrs. What should I do for improving my careers.

Hi If its about studying more, you can look for phd with your work experience. If its about professional development, go for executive programmes on leadership offered by IIMs and many other reputed institutes. If its just the yearning for learning, choose courses at the following links as per your
