HI! I am holding I.T.C Draughtsman civil after s.s.l.c ,and now I am working in an engineering firm. Can I do Engineering Degree or Diploma through distance education?

You can do Diploma. If your ITC diploma is 2 years ITI equivalent then you will be exempted first year and the total course will be of 2 years.
