Hi, i am in B.Tech 7th sem in GNDU with CGPA 6.235 in 6 semesters = 55%. I want to do MEngg in canada; am i eligible to any good university?

Please help me in getting good universities, Please i am in much confusion. Please tell me with steps about funding etc too. . thank you!
