Hi, I am looking for a detail help in the line of Biomedical engineering/technology (not B.Sc)

She has taken PCB in 11th (and does not have Maths and wants to pursue research in cellular and molecular line pertaining to cancer research in particular. We are struggling in exploring good institute in India (first pref# government and then private) wherein 10+2 Maths is not required.
