For MBA at least a graduation degree is required, first you do B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Production Engineering.

yes u can do MBA after your diploma.MBA is approved by AIMA,IADL.so valid in all sector website www.ipsedugroup.com

Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT etc.
