Hi, I am Neeraj from india.I have completed my BSc.IT from MAHE in 2004 and then did my PGDBM in Marketing which was not UGC recognised. I have gained 4yrs experience and want to go for another MBA Program from abroad ( US or Canada).How to apply when top universities require 16years of education??

Your situation is a little dicey. Even though you have pursued 16 years education, your PGDM is not UGC recognized. As far as my experience goes, i believe eligibility should not be a problem for you IF your Bsc degree was recognized by UGC and AICTE. You also have 4+ years work experience which

You will get admission into US or Canada Universities based on your BSc. Most of good colleges abroad will not consider your PGDBM since it is not UGC recognized. Be careful this time. Select US Govt accredited colleges / universities (they will call regional accreditation or CHEA accredited). You c
