Yes, since you are employed you can pursue distance MBA or part-time MBA or Executive MBA based on the respective institute's guidelines. So, do check the admission norms on the institute's website and move further.

No, with 48% in graduation you cannot take admission for MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at ILAM-JIMS.
For admission in this college, you need a minimum of 55% marks in graduation and then you need to score minimum 50 percentile in the ILAM Written Test.
