Hi, I am presently pursuing B.Tech in electrical engineering. Can I do MS in computer science in National University of Singapore???

I have done only basic courses like c,c++,java. I intend to pursue my career in computer science. For that I want to do MS in computer science in NUS. But is it possible when I do not have a B tech in that field?Or I can get into an IT company for job experience and then trying MS would be better?
