Since you are undergoing MBA in HR & Mkt it would be advisable for you to pursue courses in the said domains itself. Some of the IT courses that you could explore are:
    1. SAP in HR of any other well-known HRMS automation software
    2. MS Office skills in Excel & power point to sharpen your presentation making skills
    3. Digital marketing / social media marketing.

If you are looking for IT courses, suitable for Managers, you may choose some courses in Data Analytics and Machine learning which have wide scope in Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR as well. Courses in Artificial Intelligence is another hot area of study currently in IT businesses. It would be advantageous if you have prior knowledge in Programming. All the best.
