Hi Rahul, Yes, a good degree from a good recognized college is the minimum criteria . Your IELTS score is just about alright, you would also have to write a short essay stating your reasons to apply ( SOP ). Which intake are you looking at ? The university of Redlands has two intakes every year- Ma
