Hi, I am right now in SYBMS .i want to do? MBA..but confused whether to do in marketing or in finance.can we do both of them?and how?

I am right now in SYBMS .i want to know wether we can do MBA with dual specialization ie. in marketing as well as in finance or no? does that have any scope at present..or should i do it in marketing alone. how to choose both in combination? do people do this combination in both?
