Yes you are eligible. You can visit our office at Thane. Address: QUIK, 303, Thakur Niwas, Opp Thane West Rly Station, Near TipTop, Thane (W). We are available from 10 am to 5 pm (Mon to Sat). Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm
