IGNOU conducts preparatory B.A./B.Com course for those student who are not able to complete his education in time. Please apply for that admission in the preparatory B.A./B.Com course going on please contact local study center or visit www.ignou.ac.in

Dear Shyam, yes you can apply for Degree course provided that you have appear for the pre-degree eligibility test. Please try with Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, Nasik.
