    Yes you can surely pursue education abroad after completing your 12th with commerce background, you can pursue undergraduate degree in :
    Accounts.
    Management.
    Hotel Management.,
    Mass communication.
    Tourism, etc.and many more courses.
    UK, is the best study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, there are many good universities in UK which offers undergraduate degree in various fields.
    To pursue undergraduate degree form UK, you need to take IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
    Besides IELTS, you also need to have good academic background preferably 60% plus in 12th from recognized education board.
