Hi. I am working as back office executive in an Insurance company and I wanna go forward in my career and I wanna know what should I do?

Please guide me what steps I need to take to grow like what courses I should do. What skills I should develop? Personally speaking I don't what I want to do with my lihe. There is just 1 thought in my mind I have to establish my career. But I don't know how or what to do.
