Hi, I am working for HCL right now, after my B-tech, as soon as I complete my probation period I want to join any good MBA college.
I've completed my B.Tech with 7.23 CGPA and 10th CBSE with 86 percent, I want to know suggestions regarding my change from job to MBA. Is that a good move?

Hi Sravani,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.
- Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test.
- Group Discussions.
- Personal Interviews...more
