Scholarships come from Governments for SC,ST and BC, and they should be applied for in proper time for verification.See whether you fall under any category getting scholarships.

Go for AMIE and do jib parallely and sport your family and studies with-it.
Don't do B.Tech in correspondence from any university. No Value and some times you get conned.
