Why did you post the query in animation? If you're creative, only then you can consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people.

yes you can do MCA course there is minimum eligibility for MCA is BCA or maths in graduation or at 12th level , this is for regular MCA , not for distance program but i suggest you to do MCA regular for good practical knowledge
