Hi Niranjan, as far as MS in electrical and electronics engg is concerned, Germany is a FREE education. MOst of the universities are funded by the govt. A student is able to complete his masters in 6 - 7 lacs for 2 yrs. You are reqd to clear only the IELTS exam for the same with a minimum of 6.5 ban
