hi i completed my b-tech in eee stream with 60.7 aggregate .i'm planning to do masters in based on my stream in singapore and ireland

is there any universities and colleges offering masters in power and industrial ,power systems or any other courses which is related to my stream with scholarship and how about the fee structure and procedure to join and visa structure.waiting for your answer
