i have around 8 years exp as office manager in corporate sector.

Yes it is possible for u to do an MBA i gues u need to check St Hopkins College Of Management the right place to get back to study where learning is fun

If you want to do full time you can appear for XAT, MAT CAT or any other state CET. If you wish to do distance learning MBAs, there are many options available. You can appear for OPENMAT from IGNOU.
