Hi! I completed my MBA in Hr in 2006. But chose to enter in Banking and worked till March 2013. I wish to pursue a career in HR. PM
I completed my MBA/PGDBM spec. in HR/ Marketing in the year2006. Post which I chose to go for Banking job and continued it so far. But now I wish to pursue HR as my career.
I need your advise whether i should be doing some refersher course/certification in HR to find a relevant job.

With your experience, and qualification you can always get into HR/ personnel management discipline of companies. Attend few refresher/ orientation courses being conducted by IIms and reputed management colleges to get an edge over others.
