hi. i did my b tech from ggsipu.im confused whthr to go 4 an mba or to work. how much does work experience count in dn mba 4m a tier 1 clg?
i want to do my mba from eithr a tier 1 clg or abroad. which one do u think is better. also..i have no work experience. so how much weightage is given to work experience in mba? also. which mba holds more value in the global market.1done in india from a tier 1 college or 4m a gud enuf clg abroad?

Hi,
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA.The advantage of this step would be:
1. You will have relevant work experience.
2. In order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after grad
