Hi i did my Btech in 2008 in ECE,i am wrkng wid vodafone telecom industry 3 .5 yrs,i want to shift my line to database now ORACLE plz guide?

i finsihed my BTECH in 2008 ECE.I am working in TELECOM with BSS as my main domain hv 3.5 yrs exp.kindly guide as i want to change my line to DATABASE now What should i do as i am looking for a course in ORACLE DBA but i am confused whether industry will accept me as it is 2013 and i am 27 wot to do

r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do DBA? wanted to go in network line? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux
